 ~All done in MSPaint.  ... I lied. The backround was done in oekaki, but the headshot of V.T.S. was done all in MSPaint, then blended with PSP7. My cursive screwed this up. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
